University-Industry Collaboration to Nurture Chemical Engineers – Shenyang Jianzhu University Polymer Science Students Visit Our Company

This summer, graduating students majoring in Chemistry and Polymer Science from Shenyang Jianzhu University visited our company for a learning tour. As a key partner university, Shenyang Jianzhu University has long been supplying professional talent to our group. This activity aimed to help students connect theoretical knowledge with industrial practice and further deepen university-enterprise cooperation.

During the visit, our technical director introduced the development trends of the coating technology industry and the practical applications of polymer chemistry in production. The students also toured our R&D center and production workshops. From raw material control to finished product testing, and from formula design to process execution, the students gained an up-close understanding of the daily work of a coating engineer.

The students actively asked questions and exchanged ideas with our technical staff on topics such as process technology and career development. Many expressed that the visit deepened their understanding of the coating industry and strengthened their confidence in pursuing a career as a chemical engineer in the future.
